Shipping + Returns
 

Continental US shipping is $5 flat, free shipping when you spend $75+. Local pickups are free.  You can expect your package to arrive within 7-10 business days.  Overnight shipping is currently not available.  You will be contacted about custom orders for a delivery date.  All sales are final on custom orders.  Damages and disputes must be reported to thelorijean@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery including photos and the reason for the said dispute.  The Lori Jean is not responsible for damages attributed to shipping and handling, weather or damage.  Returns will only be accepted in the case of a mistake on the part of the Lori Jean provided the dispute has been claimed within 48 hours of delivery.  Questions or concerns?
